*ALL HAULERS - Please ensure truckfill cabinet doors are closed securely after each transaction, particularly in the fall/winter season. This will help to avoid any operational issues with the system.
Filling of drinking water containers only is permitted at the truck fill stations. No spray tanks, spray equipment, chemicals or septic trucks allowed on site.
Account Setup Steps
Step 1: Apply for an Account
- Follow the provided link and complete the application form to create a new account.
- Submit the application.
- Please allow up to 10 minutes for account approval
Step 2: Create a Truck Profile (Required for Each Truck You Own)
- Navigate to Truck Management.
- Click New.
- Enter the required truck information.
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps for each truck registered to your account.
Step 3: Obtain Your Access Number and PIN
- Access Number: A unique 4-digit number will be automatically assigned to your account.
- PIN: Create and select your own PIN during the application process.
Step 4: Load Funds to Your Account
- Log in to your account online.
- Add funds using a credit card.
